Privacy notice

Who looks after your information?
Yusuf Patel and Habib Rehman run Teach Lead Together and jointly manage programme enquiries. Contact Yusuf at teachleadtogether@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email, school or organisation, role, exam board, funding preference and optional message to respond to your enquiry and discuss this Computer Science programme. Please do not include student names, sensitive information or confidential school records.
We record your consent to programme contact and the submission date. We rely on that consent for this enquiry and related contact; you can withdraw it at any time. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Storage and access
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Enquiries are stored in the website’s Cloudflare database. Dashboard access is restricted to the programme owner. These technology providers process information to operate the service; their infrastructure may process information outside the UK. We do not sell your information.
When an email notification service is connected, alerts contain a link to the private dashboard rather than your enquiry details. Your IP address is converted into a temporary hash to limit spam submissions; the hash expires after around an hour.
How long we keep it
We aim to delete enquiry records within 12 months of your last programme contact, or sooner when you withdraw consent and there is no remaining reason to keep them. The organisers review and delete records manually. If you book, we will explain any separate records needed for your booking.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion, withdraw consent or ask us to restrict its use. Data portability and other rights may apply. Email Yusuf using the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and sign-in
We have not added advertising or analytics cookies. The private dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in, which may use essential authentication cookies. Public visitors do not need an account to submit an enquiry.
